Oct 15, 2010 Earlier, we posted a video on making a booklet in Word 2007. Now, let’s take a look at Word 2010. In the document that you want to print as a booklet, click the Page Layout tab and then click the Page Setup Dialog Box Launcher. In the dialog box, in the Multiple pages list, click Book fold.

Apr 15, 2010 Most tutorials explain well how to do it on MS Word 2007. But not for Mac users. I appreciate it very much. Now, I can even make a booklet using Pages instead of MS Word. I tried installing the CreateBooklet1.1.dmg and go ahead print my documents, choose the create booklet option on PDF button on my print page. Printing a document in Word 2016 is easy. Before printing, however, make sure that you preview the document so that you’re not surprised by the resulting printout. Follow these steps to print an entire document: Make sure that the printer is on and ready to print. Printing works fastest when the printer is on.

Hey everyone,
![How How](/uploads/1/2/6/6/126631663/635814851.png)
I'm very frustrated. I can't figure out how to accomplish booklet printing in Word or Pages. Pages often does things simply that Word fights tooth and nail, but I can't figure this one out.
Apparently, old versions of Word supported booklet printing, which would allow the document to be printed with 2 pages facing each other, then cut the pages down the middle (gutter) and bound. Or stapled down the middle. However, I'm finding this an impossible task.
I'm using Word 2011 for Mac. Pages 4.1. Snow Leopard.
The end result I want: A landscape-oriented, two-sided (I have duplex printing on my laser printer) document with 4 pages to a sheet (2 front, 2 back), than can be cut down the middle and bound on the resulting left side, just like a 'regular' book.
I don't have the option for 'booklet printing' under page setup in Word, and I don't know how to set it up in pages, because I can't even find a way to make it landscape orientation! (Yes, the computer is plugged in.)

Printing a document in Word 2016 is easy. Before printing, however, make sure that you preview the document so that you’re not surprised by the resulting printout. Follow these steps to print an entire document:
How Do I Print A Booklet In Mac Word
- Make sure that the printer is on and ready to print.Printing works fastest when the printer is on.
- Save your document.Click the little Save button on the Quick Access toolbar for a quickie save.
- Click the File tab.
- Choose the Print command from the File tab’s window. The Print screen appears (as shown).
- Click the big Print button. The Print screen closes, and the document spews forth from the printer.
Printing speed depends on the complexity of the document and how dumb the printer is. Fortunately, you can continue working while the document prints.
- The keyboard shortcut to display the Print screen (Steps 3 and 4) is Ctrl+P.Obligatory Ctrl+P joke goes here.If nothing prints, don’t use the Print command again! Most likely nothing is awry; the computer is still thinking or sending information to the printer. If you don’t see an error message, everything will probably print, eventually.
- The computer prints one copy of your document for every Print command you incant. If the printer is just being slow and you impatiently click the Print button ten times, you’ll end up printing ten copies of your document.
- When the document format specifies a unique paper size, the printer prompts you to load that paper size. Stand by to produce and load the proper paper when the printer prompts you.
Configuring the printer is done in Windows, not Word. Use the Control Panel or Settings app to control the printer.
